By booking with Timeless, you agree to the policies outlined below. Please read carefully — they exist to protect your time and ours.
By appointment only
All services at Timeless Salon & Spa are by appointment. Booking an appointment requires that you have read and accepted our consents and policies.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Deposits
Some services and packages require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied to your service total on the day of your appointment.
Arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client's time.
Consultations & consents
Certain treatments require a consultation and signed consent form before service. This ensures your treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to you.
Children & guests
To keep our space calm and safe, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services accompany their appointment.
Refunds
Services and gift certificates are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can make it right.
